I've started my journey into music back in 1999, at that time I was young and curious, and shaping sounds and waveforms was a kind of game for me. Meanwhile at school I've started my studying journey with Electronics, and my curiosity about sounds and music became more serious with the knowledge i was acquiring while studying. I began understanding what I was doing in a more technical and mathematical way. After few years i got my degree in Electronics and in the mean time my production skills were improving every song i was making. A lot of demos were rejected by labels till the replies began to go into the opposite way. Labels and other producers liked my sound and I got many contact and releases with different European labels. I then had a chance to work with other engineers in their studios and this was a game changer, because I had the opportunity to learn directly from professionals going beyond the knowledge i learned on books at school and with my own practice. Of course, at that time YouTube didn’t exist and tutorials weren't a thing like are today. Also most professionals kept pretty quiet about their secrets, fortunately for me, the ones I worked with were not :) I consider myself lucky because I've had the chance to work for a very huge artist in the dance scene, one of the biggest at that time, along with other DJs, artists, PR, and have my music played on different radios all over the world. Anyway, after a few years I got burned up by the toxicity in the music industry, so I decided to step back a bit with my music production. I've continued to work for other artists as ghost producer and engineer. I would love to share some of these projects with you, but sadly not always possible because the NDA is also a part of the game. Songs i've worked on, were published on Universal Music, Warner Music, Ego Records, Time Records, ZYX Music, SAIFAM, Do It Yourself, Ocean Trax, Blanco y Negro and many others. At the beginning of 2020 I decided to come back with my own productions, with the sole purpose to have fun and communicate with listeners. I don't want to fall again into the toxicity that some people/labels can create in the industry. After almost 2 decades of study and work I've decided to share my knowledge with people on my Youtube Channel (@FrankieTedesco) with the purpose being to help producers with mixing and mastering their own songs. But more importantly, I've also decided to make my mixing and mastering services available for everyone. In the past all my jobs came from word-of-mouth recommendations, between artists, producers and labels, but now it's time to change that too :) I look forward to working with you and to help give your music the extra touch it deserves!
