MusicWall Pro Subscription - Terms of Service

All offers and promotions are subject to change without notice and are only for first-time subscriptions, not renewals or upgrades.

1. Description of Pro Subscription

2. Project Status

MusicWall is a personal project without investment, legal infrastructure, or generated income to implement these terms at present. Every effort will be made to generate income and implement these terms as quickly as possible. MusicWall reserves the right to discontinue the Pro Subscription at any time until implementation, in which case you will be notified accordingly.

3. Responsibilities and Disclaimers

• MusicWall is not responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access to your account or data. You agree to use the Pro Subscription at your own risk.
• MusicWall does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, quality, legality, or intellectual property rights of the content uploaded by Pro Subscription users.
• MusicWall reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Pro Subscription or any part thereof without prior notice.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Cancellation

• The Pro Subscription will be made available for a recurring fee as specified during the subscription process once implemented. By subscribing, you authorize MusicWall to charge the provided payment method accordingly.
• You may cancel your Pro Subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred.
• MusicWall does not provide refunds or pro-rated reimbursements for partially used subscription periods.
